Allbum is a pay-per-event photo and video sharing service operated by Rosulo LLC, a company based in Orlando, Florida, USA (“Rosulo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Allbum website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, joining an event, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your activity, including any purchases. Event owners who purchase an event package represent that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to pay for the Service.

Event owners create an account using a verified email address or a supported sign-in provider (such as Google). Guests can join an event using a shared QR code or link without creating an account, and are identified by a display name and a device-linked guest session. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, verification codes, and guest session confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account or guest session. Notify us promptly at contact@allbum.me if you suspect unauthorized use.

Events are sold on a pay-per-event basis — there are no recurring subscriptions. Prices depend on the features you select (guest limit, media limit, availability window, and add-ons) and are shown to you before checkout. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle; we never receive or store your full card details. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and is responsible for billing, taxes, and refunds. Prices and available packages may change at any time; changes will not affect events you have already purchased.

Refunds: Because events are one-time purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided your event has not yet started and no media has been uploaded to it, by contacting us with your order details. Once an event has started or media has been uploaded, the service is considered delivered and purchases are non-refundable, except where the Service is materially unavailable or faulty through our fault during the availability period you paid for — in that case we will refund the unused portion of the period or extend it at no charge, at your option; fault-related claims must be submitted within 14 days of the end of your availability period. Unused availability extensions may be refunded within 14 days of their purchase, provided they have not been applied to an event. All refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable law; if you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of your purchase, and you agree that the Service is made available immediately at your request and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the event album is made available to you or used. contact@allbum.me

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, display names, and other content you upload or create through the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Rosulo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service for the event owner and invited guests of the relevant event. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it, including the consent of any identifiable people appearing in it.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or transmit content that: is illegal, obscene, or sexually exploitative of a minor; infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful; contains malware or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or impersonates another person. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent guest or media limits, join-code protections, or other technical restrictions, or to scrape, resell, or redistribute other users' content without authorization. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and, where required, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

If you believe content on Allbum violates these Terms, infringes your rights, or is otherwise unlawful, contact us at contact@allbum.me with a description of the content and its location. We will review reports in good faith and may remove or restrict access to content, and take action against the responsible account, at our discretion.

We work to keep the Service available and your event media accessible for the period disclosed at purchase, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected event owners of material changes affecting active or upcoming events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosulo LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the event giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosulo LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9, and 11) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active event owners by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
